Dissolve solids and powders in minutes with RapidMixer™

The RapidMixer™ is designed to dissolve or disperse solids or semi-solids in water or non-aqueous media quickly and thoroughly. The vessel features unique construction for optimum heat transfer and control. A heavy-duty impeller sustains a constant circulation up the vessel walls and down the liquid center to achieve both maximum exposure of product to heat transfer surface. Standard sizes range from 50 to 300 gallon capacities.

Offset drives of the impeller are standard; direct drives are available as an option. Both drives are available in special sizes if requested. The RapidMixer™ is USDA-MID approved.
